2011 New Toyota Camry Hybrid

Hybrid shown in Aloe Green Metallic
Behind its bold face, featuring an exclusive design for the grille, bumper and headlamps, Camry Hybrid uses technology called Hybrid Synergy Drive® to place it among the leaders of high fuel efficiency and clean-air consciousness. In fact, Camry Hybrid garners a 35 mpg highway rating1 and produces significantly fewer smogforming emissions compared to the average new vehicle. And it does this with all the style and performance, all the reliability and dependability, that Toyota Camry is famous for.

A Frequently asked Question Synthetic vs. Conventional Oil.

 How the Vehicle Benefits

Synthetic oil has several advantages for an engine. For example, the oil remains liquid and slippery over a wider range of temperatures. The benefit of that is better lubrication in cold-start and cold-running conditions, as well as more stable behavior under high heat. Also, synthetic oil molecules are of a more consistent size than conventional oil molecules, so they're better at maintaining the slick film that minimizes metal-to-metal contact.

You also can go longer between oil changes. Toyota recommends with regular oil every 5000 miles, with synthetic oil every 10,000 miles. Synthetic costs more but you get more miles between oil changes.
