Great car buying experience! From start to finish this was one of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences I've had. Mike Severs had great communication and was very easy to talk with. The finance manager Ethan George was equally as good and very thorough. They showed us all of the information before we decided to purchase and nothing was hidden. We truly appreciate their honesty throughout the process. They just earned my future business.
Tim Brown was our salesperson. Our family members have leased one and purchased more than one new Toyota from Voss Toyota. Tim handled each transaction in an honest way. Ethan helped process the final paperwork when I got my new Rav4. Happy with everything so far.
I had a great experience purchasing a Toyota Sienna from this dealer today. I worked with Brad (over email) and Morgan (in person). Both Brad and Morgan were great to interact with - very professional, polite, and prompt. Brad gave a competitive quote over email, and Morgan walked me through the sales process. It was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. No tricks that some other dealers are known for. I cannot comment on the quality of repairs, but I can highly recommend the sales department.
The service department at Voss Toyota is one of the best I have ever worked with! They took great care of my 4runner when we broke down, and did excellent work on the transfer case. While the work did take a little bit longer than expected, Steve Knabel was professional, responsive, and friendly during the repair process. I found him to be trustworthy and knowledgeable. The labor was high quality, and fairly priced. From now on I will be doing all of my maintenance at Voss.

Just picked up a new 2019 Camry LE today from Voss --- from start to finish, it was a painless experience. Clean waiting area, the paperwork processing was handled nicely, and everyone was friendly; I'd recommend Voss to anyone looking for a Toyota in SW Ohio. ( It's our 7th Toyota: 3rd Camry we've owned, and our 2nd purchase from Voss. I can safely say our next purchases will also be from Voss. )

James,in financing worked hard to get an excellent deal and Stephanie was great to be with in completing the paperwork. After I told Mike the car I really wanted he got it there and made it happen. I called several times with questions and he always responded immediately. It’s nice to know there are wonderful people together making a great dealership.
Professional and polite. Salesman informative and helpful regarding vehicle type. He was not a fast talking, pushy salesman. Had a minor maintenance issue that was taken care of promptly.

I find them candid and trustworthy. No overselling. When I take it in for service, they have their recommended list and tell me plainly what is really needed, what can wait, how some things should be prioritized. There was a problem once with something that was fixed and caused another issue. I would not have known the two were related, but the service manager identified it as their problem and fixed the resulting issue at no charge. That is really the only problem I've ever had with their service and they were very pro-active on the resolution.
I found Voss Toyota in Beavercreek an Absolutely Great Place to Buy and Service our two Toyotas! We have purchased two Toyotas from Voss this year. A 2010 Prius and a 2011 Highlander.
