I have oil change appointment today I went 15 min early I have to sit two hour just to change oil but I see lot of people come and go after me I was still waiting there I was not happy with their service

I've called service twice with no answer, left messages and no call back. I tried to schedule a service online and did not receive a confirmation. I sent a message and did not receive an answer. I tried the website chat and was told to call or schedule online, no help whatsoever.

Voss Toyota always a great dealership. Sales and service the best in the greater Dayton area. Only negative is female porter who assists with customers vehicle when arriving needs VAST improvement in customer relations. She formerly worked in the cashiers window. Never spoke a word to us. RUDE. Now is working in the service department. We do not want anything to do with her. Still rude. Eats while dealing with customers cars! Nasty rude attitude. Friends of ours stated cause of her they are writing off Voss Toyota. She seems to not care and forgets who pays the bill:CUSTOMER!
We experienced, what we thought, was a rare situation but which, as we discovered is not uncommon. After returning from a short vacation and starting up our 2018 Toyota Highlander the engine light indicated that there was an AWD problem. We contacted Voss Toyota and brought it in the next day. It seems that some rodents got into the garage and chewed through some wiring harness'......hence the problem. The Asst. Great service for my Avalon and 4Runner. A different dealership said they couldn’t get me in for 4 weeks, Voss got me in right away and fixed my cruise control issue. Warranty company said they won’t pay for it but Voss took care of it. Excellent service.

I recently received world class customer service from the Voss service department. I bought a brand-new Toyota from another dealership out of state simply due to availability. I had a few minor issues that this dealership went above and beyond in addressing for me. They offered a shuttle home and back while they fixed my issues. They were on time, professional, and caring at every step of the process. I truly appreciate this level of customer service. A huge thank you to Doug and his entire team. I always get my routine car maintenance at Voss Toyota. I trust them, they are friendly, and easy to work with. Yesterday, though, wasn’t routine. I dropped a very expensive hearing aid between the seat and console and could not find it! I called Toyota, they said “bring in the car” and a minute after I arrived, I had my hearing aid in hand!! And no charge! Thank you!

We can’t say enough good things about this dealership and especially Steve Knabel in the Service Department! Our 2015 Prius has a lot of highway miles and needed some TLC. Steve and the Service Team worked with us and even let us use a Corolla while ours was being repaired. Highly recommend the service department, they helped me in a rough, desperate situation! My 2023 Rav 4 (purchased from a separate dealership in Columbus) broke down and was sputtering, stalling, and had sudden engine issues happen at just 6,000 miles. Pleasure doing business with Floyd the salesman who ordered my car for me, helped with the financial lady, and showed me how to use the features in my car. Not so great experience when I went for my free maintenance. The workers there are not friendly or customer oriented. Glen in-service was great but everyone else had no social skills. Didn’t feel like a valued customer.

I dropped my 4Runner off for service today. The service technician, Glenn was awesome! He double checked what services I selected and made sure I was getting what I actually needed. He also saved me about $150 in unnecessary service fees! Great customer service!

I sent several requests in regards to a car I was interested in but no one has never responded.
The technician actually said I didn't need new brakes and just charged some labor for machining the rotors because they were glazed. Who does that? Definitely coming back here again.

Hands down the best experience with a dealership! Starting with Thomas Downs in sales, reserving a car and waiting for it to come in was a breeze, kept us up to date and delivered exactly as promised. Administration and finance department were equally as great to work with, not pushy, but professional and efficient. I live in Columbus and it was worth the drive over to Voss!
